I have a range of different ways for you to pick up the information you need to successfully train with kettlebells.

These include Personal Training services delivered online and in person.  These one-to-one sessions can be backed up with Online Programming using the TrueCoach platform to guide you through the rest of your weeks training in the best possible way.

I have an online small group class focussed on kettlebell sport lifts which includes a monthly challenge.  

Coming soon is my Online Kettlebell Fundamentals Course, suitable for fitness professionals and those wanting a comprehensive deep dive into kettlebell training techniques.

In-Person & Online Personal Training

High quality Personal Training service delivering one to one, inspired workouts designed around your individual wants and needs.  Coaching can be either online from your chosen location, or face-to-face at a facility in Canary Wharf, London.

  • Free online Initial consultation to discuss; Goals, exercise experience and health history.  

  • Free Movement Analysis to understand any limitations.

  • Effective Personal Training done cost effectively, and from the convenience of your own home.

  • Receive instruction live and face to face via Zoom including exercise demonstrations, form corrections and cueing .. All enabling correct execution of the exercise.

  • Follow a programme of exercises designed specifically for you, which will take you to your goals, and fix your body in the process.

Online Programming

Customised workout schedule delivered via TrueCoach programming platform.

  • Receive video clips, with written instruction on each exercise in your schedule.

  • Follow the prescribed weights and reps, and note down any issues.. includes being able to record video clips of your performance.

  • Receive feedback and any necessary corrections on your workout.

  • Your programme is individually progressed to the speed of your development in technique and conditioning.

Online Kettlebell Sport Club

Learn and perfect 'Sportstyle' kettlebell lifting in small groups from the convenience of your home using Zoom. 

  • Arranged in 4 week structured blocks.  3 weeks training, 4th week mini competition.

  • Meet on Zoom - Monday at 6.30pm. 

  • Receive instruction in kettlebell sport lifts, and individual form correction.

  • Get motivated by, and learn from others.

  • Challenge your lifting technique, physical fitness, and mental fortitude in this gruelling sport which is best described as 'endurance weightlifting' 

Kettlebell Fundamentals Online Course

Ideal for fitness professionals and those wanting a deeper understanding of kettlebell training, and the How's and Why's of the exercises. 

  • Comprehensive Instruction in the fundamental kettlebell exercises. 

  • Learn from detailed high quality videos.

  • Understand the key principles of 'Hardstyle' kettlebell lifting.

  • Troubleshoot of all exercises with common errors and key corrections.
