Online Programming
Online programming delivers x3 workouts per week that have been customised to your wants and needs, that are balanced out to develop strength in multiple planes of movement, that will look to improve mobility in areas specific to you, that will improve your cardiovascular system. Follow your programme and you will function at your best, with a capable, durable body, a body that works for you, and one you feel proud of.
Those new to the service will firstly do an online consultation with me so I can gather information from you, and take you through a movement analysis. I can also answer any queries you may have regarding the service and how its run. After this discussion I can then plan your schedule in an individualised way.
You will receive your training schedule on a weekly basis via the TrueCoach app, which is an industry leading platfom for Personal Trainers to deliver programmes to their clients.
All of the exercises in your workout are shown through video clips which also have a written instruction giving even more detail. After watching the demo, you just need to perform the exercise in the best possible form, to the specified weights and reps. You log completion of the set, and any observations or queries can be noted down so that specific corrections and advice on how to improve the performance of the movement can be given. You can also take and log video clips of your movements to help resolve troublesome issues.
Your programme is rewritten on a monthly basis, and progressed in terms of complexity and physical demand so you continue to develop your fitness and your technical ability.
Payment is made with monthly standing order after your online consultation. You will then receive your programme and can get cracking!. We ask for one weeks notice should you wish to stop the service.
